Job Summary
Onsite Structures Technical Analyst (Associate or Mid-Level) for Boeing's B-1B Full Scale Fatigue Test in Tukwila, WA. Responsible for managing engineering documentation related to inspections and repairs for the B-1B Full Scale Fatigue Test program, updating and maintaining structure engineering document libraries, supporting planning, execution, and reporting of structural test inspections and repairs, gathering and inputting data for structural analysis and testing, documenting analyses and test data, developing processes/tools to improve structural engineering, and preparing weekly/monthly/annual reports and test readiness reviews. May perform limited structural analysis and create simple structural math models. Requires U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance; on-site work in Tukwila, WA.
Required Qualifications
- 1 or more years of related work experience
- Excellent organization and documentation skills
- Excellent written, verbal communications and presentation skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to learn new processes quickly
- Advanced skills with MS office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong desire to work with engineering documentation
- General understanding of aircraft structure, materials, and fasteners
- General understanding of airframe structure engineering documentation
- General understanding of Test Engineering documentation
- Experience managing and organizing large libraries of digital and paper engineering documents
- Relocation: Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position
- Shift: This position is for 1st shift
