Job Summary
Lead and execute structural design tasks for the AH-64 Apache helicopter airframe, including 3D CAD modeling, drawings, and product data management; collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure design compliance, verification, and timely program objectives; mentor teammates and drive continuous improvement in structural design and processes; requires UK travel up to 10% (domestic/international) and a Bachelor’s degree with several years of engineering experience; NX CAD and Teamcenter skills and ABET familiarity are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of related work experience for mid-level
- 9+ years of related work experience for senior-level
- Ability to develop and modify structural designs using 3-D CAD tools
- Experience with a structured design process and product lifecycle
- Experience with NX CAD and Teamcenter PDM is preferred
- Ability to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally
- Strong communication and leadership within an Integrated Product Team (IPT)
