STRUCTURED TRADE FINANCE ASSOCIATE

Lead end-to-end structuring and legal execution of structured trade deals, fronting negotiations with clients while coordinating with internal stakeholders on risks, legal, and middle office matters. Conduct thorough due diligence on underlying transactions including financial modeling and asset analysis, proposing enhancements to optimize transaction structures. Drive origination efforts in collaboration with global team members and relationship managers by preparing detailed client presentations and pitches. Navigate structuring, accounting, risk, and legal challenges throughout the transaction lifecycle and lead product development initiatives to strengthen the franchise. Requires at least four years of accredited experience in structured trade finance, commodity finance, or project finance, with fluency in English and Spanish.
