Job Summary
Draft and maintain documentation templates for structured products, including termsheets, pricing supplements, and key information documents to support automation and standardisation. Review these templates for accuracy against client base templates and specific trade details while managing a work pipeline with strict adherence to deadlines. Partner directly with senior stakeholders across business, legal, and operations functions to deliver high-quality services and champion process improvements through technology. Collaborate globally to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing across regions. This role is based in Singapore or Hong Kong with a hybrid model; applications must be submitted in English.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Structured Products issuance
- Deep understanding of structure types, payoffs, and documentation requirements
- Drafting and/or templating of: Termsheets, Pricing Supplements, Final Terms, Issuer Specific Summaries, Key Information Documents and ancillary documentation
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities across business, legal, and operational areas
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage complex workflows and multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- This role is based in Singapore or Hong Kong
- Hybrid working model

- Proficiency in Chinese (spoken and traditional written)
