Structured Investments Operations – Trading Services Associate/Senior Associate

Structured Investments Operations role focused on end-to-end trading support and operational control. You will execute, monitor, and reconcile daily trading operations end-to-end (trade capture, break resolution, client service) while staying current on market/regulatory changes. Responsibilities include preparing management reports, driving process improvements, mentoring junior colleagues, leading ad hoc projects, producing client activity reports, coordinating onboarding and trade bookings, overseeing cross-asset settlements, and ensuring lifecycle events and fee governance are accurately managed. You’ll act as the primary liaison with Onboarding, Transition, and cross-functional teams (Sales, Structuring, Legal, Credit, Confirmations, Trading Assistants, Settlements, Collateral), draft/maintain pricing and SOPs, and automate reporting where feasible. Preferred skills include experience with Structured Finance, counterparty onboarding, deal review, P&L drivers, and automation (VBA/Python/SQL) with PowerPoint and data visualization abilities. The role emphasizes building scalable processes, strong control discipline, and the ability to deliver high-quality results in a startup-like desk environment in London.
