Job Summary
Manage end-to-end onboarding for new companies partnering with the Structured Investments team, coordinating compliance disclosures and maintaining Salesforce data integrity. Partner with Compliance and stakeholders to streamline approvals, track progress, and prepare STAR Compliance disclosures. Consolidate expense data from Coupa and Expensify to ensure accurate reporting and validate client records through regular audits. Work Monday-Thursday in-office with remote Friday flexibility, supported by a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and equity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or a certificate in Finance, Business or Administration with a focus on operations or related fields
- 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, compliance coordination, or financial services
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally across sales, compliance, and operational teams
- Employees in this role will work in the office Monday-Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday
