Job Summary
Senior Analyst in Fitch Ratings' Structured Credit & CLOs group in New York. Analyze ratings on CLOs using proprietary models; prepare and present rating conclusions to a credit committee; draft rating action commentary reports; contribute to recurring and special research publications. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a quantitative discipline and have at least three years of experience in finance, with strong analytical, communication, and self-management skills. Hybrid work environment consists of three days in the office per week; opportunity for trainings, tuition reimbursement, and a broad benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (finance, accounting, economics, etc.)
- At least three years of experience in the financial industry, with preference for CLOs or Structured Finance
- Strong analytical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex subjects accurately and succinctly
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of programming languages is a plus but not required
