Job Summary
Advise Irish banks, international financial institutions, and private equity funds on complex structured finance transactions, including securitisation, CLOs, fund finance, and Section 110 company arrangements. Develop innovative structuring solutions for asset managers and credit providers while providing strategic regulatory advice in collaboration with the Financial Regulatory Group. Manage multiple transactions independently, maintain client relationships, and mentor junior lawyers to support the practice's growth.
Required Qualifications
- Be a qualified Solicitor
- Have significant post-qualification experience, typically 5+ years PQE, gained in a leading law firm with a strong finance practice
- Possess demonstrable experience advising on structured finance, securitisation, debt capital markets, fund finance or related financing transactions
- Have strong technical, drafting and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple transactions and competing priorities effectively
- Display excellent commercial judgement and a client-focused approach
- Be capable of managing workstreams independently while collaborating effectively within larger transaction teams
- Demonstrate a commitment to mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to a high-performing, collaborative team culture
- Be ambitious, proactive and enthusiastic, with a desire to build a long-term career within a leading international law firm
