Job Summary
Structured Finance Lawyer in ALG's Structured Finance Group advising on large, complex debt capital markets transactions, including securitisation of residential mortgage and auto loan books, Irish section 110 deals, CLOs, direct lending platforms, and fund finance, with collaboration across investment funds and tax teams; opportunity to work with Irish banks, non-bank lenders, private equity and hedge funds, credit funds and institutional clients, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Must be a qualified Solicitor with 1–4 years PQE and structured finance experience from training or a mid-tier firm; ambitious and enthusiastic about a broad spectrum of mandates and regulatory matters within a leading Irish law firm.
