Job Summary
Lead end-to-end transaction execution in structured finance for corporate clients, including development of innovative transaction structures, preparation of detailed term sheets, negotiation of credit agreements, and coordination with internal legal, compliance, and risk teams. Present solutions to clients, develop pitch materials, and foster strong client relationships while guiding transactions from structuring through post-closing management. Develop client presentations, collaborate with relationship managers and product specialists, and secure internal approvals. Requires the ability to work across multiple assignments with strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- An undergraduate degree – required
- 3-5 years of experience in structured finance, credit solutions, or a similar role in the financial services industry
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated command of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Knowledge of credit agreement negotiation, legal documentation, and risk management.
