Job Summary
Read and interpret contracts to confirm accurate and timely completion of compliance obligations; monitor internal systems for compliance requirements and research/resolving items independently; update systems of record to reflect contractual obligations; provide quality customer service to internal partners, clients, and third parties; review transaction documents to ensure accuracy in the setup of new accounts; collaborate with internal partners to ensure risk management procedures are followed; contribute to cross-site and cross-functional projects and initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Liberal Arts, English or related field
- Three+ years of professional experience, preferably in finance or risk related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel)
- Ability to multitask and set priorities to ensure each project is moving forward at required pace
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances
- Experience with reading and interpreting legal documents/contracts
- Prior experience in corporate trust or structured finance industry
