Job Summary
Senior Analyst in Global Capital Markets focused on Equity Solutions based in Mumbai. Responsible for supporting the structuring, analysis, pricing and execution of equity-linked and derivative transactions (convertibles, buybacks, structured equity offerings, hedging). Duties include coordinating with deal teams, tracking deliverables, building and maintaining financial and scenario models, conducting market/transaction analysis, supporting investor analysis and marketing materials, and driving process improvements. Requires strong analytical/numerical skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, familiarity with Bloomberg/Dealogic/LSEG, and ability to collaborate across Coverage, ECM, Syndicate, and Sales & Trading teams. MBA/CA/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 1–3 years of investment banking/capital markets experience; looks for interest in equity derivatives and structured products and comfort with fast-paced environments. Location: Mumbai, India.
Required Qualifications
- MBA / CA / Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 1 – 3 years of work experience in investment banking, capital markets, or related fields
- Strong interest in equity capital markets, equity derivatives, and structured products
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with ability to interpret market data and financial models
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Bloomberg and market data tools (Dealogic, LSEG)
- Exposure to derivatives / options / structured products is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively with global teams
- Agility and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, market-driven environment
- Team player with a strong work ethic and motivation to learn
- Ability to manage expectations and work under tight timelines
- Programming and coding experience / knowledge of AI tools is encouraged
