Job Summary
Prepare structural drawings and documentation in Revit, producing accurate 3D models and coordinated project documentation. Collaborate with engineers and other disciplines to deliver integrated design solutions, while supporting BIM coordination through the development and continuous improvement of standards, families, and libraries. Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams under the guidance of project engineers as required. Deliver all documentation accurately, on time, and to a high professional standard. Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years' experience as a Structural Technician within an engineering consultancy or similar environment
- Strong Revit skills and experience producing high-quality structural documentation
- A relevant qualification in engineering drafting or a related discipline
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in New Zealand structural drafting
- Knowledge of NZ building standards
- An understanding of BIM workflows and multidisciplinary project coordination
- Strong organisational and communication skills
