Job Summary
Conduct structural installation, assembly, and subassembly of aircraft systems, parts, and components using technical data, templates, and engineering drawings. Operate manual or automated machines to assemble metal and composite parts, install fasteners, and apply sealants and bonding agents per client specifications. Inspect installed units for fit, performance, and compliance with manufacturing files and quality standards while reporting discrepancies. Maintain adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations across all production activities. Requires 5-8 years of aeronautical assembly experience and a vocational diploma in structure assembly.
Required Qualifications
- minimum of 5-8 years experience as an assembler in the field of Aeronautics
- at least a vocational diploma in aeronautical structure assembly or equivalent
- excellent knowledge of reading drawings
