Job Summary
Conduct annual reviews for individual team members, request and defend staffing needs, and manage hiring and firing of project managers, engineers, and CAD Designers. Maintain the team's project schedule and billing goals while overseeing the entire project cycle from design through completion. Provide direct supervision to the assigned team within a broad-spectrum civil engineering firm specializing in structural base building and specialty services. Requires a U.S. PE license and 6+ years of structural design experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years overall structural design experience
- 3+ years must be in cold-form steel
- 4 years project management experience
- A U.S. PE license
- A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field from an accredited college or university
