Structural Systems Engineer

Design and release engineering for frame, mounts, spare tire winches, and tow hooks, leading forward model development, release, and launch processes. Apply engineering disciplines including DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, and Engineering Specifications to ensure robust designs and failure mode avoidance. Lead review and approval of frame structure designs to meet vehicle attributes for package, crash, durability, commercial upfitting, and thermal management. Deliver prototype builds, PPAP, and production launches on time while resolving durability, assembly, and functional issues. Coach and mentor peer engineers through technical forums while driving material cost reduction and warranty minimization.
