Job Summary
Oversee excavation, shoring, concrete, piling, formwork, and other structural trades; coordinate sequencing of structural phases; enforce safety policies and quality standards on site; identify constructability and design issues early and support resolution; work closely with engineers, consultants, and inspection teams; maintain site documentation, inspections, and reports; support the transition from structural to interior phases; proficient in Procore and scheduling tools (Microsoft Project or similar) and Microsoft Excel; experience with residential, multifamily, or commercial tower projects.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in structural construction
- 8+ years of experience working on residential or commercial tower projects
- Procore
- Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools
- Microsoft Excel
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Trade background or construction related education preferred
- Experience leading the concrete scope on residential or commercial towers
- Familiarity with complex structural systems and sequencing
- Strong coordination and decision making skills
- Clear communicator with site teams and consultants
