Welding structural steel parts per drawings and marked weld symbols; ensure welds meet specifications and visually inspect welds; operate overhead cranes, air arc, grinder, magnetic drill, and related tools; perform flux core welding 2G/3G; read fabrication drawings and apply welding procedures to structural steel components.
Required Qualifications
- Welding certification in D1.1 2G/3G
- Experience interpreting fabrication and construction drawings
- Experience operating overhead cranes
- Flux core welding experience 2G/3G
- Flexible to work overtime and Saturdays
