Job Summary
Perform structural repair and strengthening tasks alongside a Foreman/Superintendent, including general concrete repair (demolition, rebar installation, carpentry, concrete pours, finishing), post-tension repair, and rebar/post-tension installation. Read blueprints to execute tasks, operate power-tools, travel between projects, and contribute to safety-focused field operations. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, possess a valid driver’s license, pass DMV screening and pre-employment drug test, and be available for more than 40 hours/week. Bilingual Spanish/English candidates may be preferred; prior post-tension experience is advantageous. Opportunities for growth into leadership roles within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
