Job Summary
Manage all phases of projects from set-up through design and construction administration for commercial structures and parking structures. Prepare proposals and interview presentations, conduct conditional assessment and restoration management, and handle contract negotiation. Coordinate project scope and deliverable schedules while monitoring profitability through hourly tracking and financial reviews. Requires a Licensed Professional Engineer with 3+ years of experience in structural design and restoration.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience project management, managing all phases of structural design and restoration projects from project set-up through design and into construction administration
- Project management experience shall be with commercial structures serving in the 'prime' role with subconsultant management responsibility or multi-level parking structures
- Licensed Professional Engineer
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in civil engineering with a structural emphasis
- A working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and ETABS
Desired Qualifications
- proficiency with STAAD, SAP2000 is a plus
