Structural/Project Manager (PE)

Lead multidisciplinary construction projects focusing on structural and MEP scopes (vertical buildings/facilities and horizontal site/utility works) from pre-construction to closeout. Manage full project lifecycle, develop and maintain schedules and budgets, coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams for technical and contractual alignment, oversee procurement and material delivery, prepare and lead meetings and progress reports. Review structural and MEP drawings, specifications, submittals, and shop drawings for compliance and constructability; ensure field installations meet design intent, code requirements, and quality standards. Identify and resolve design conflicts through RFIs and coordination with design consultants; utilize BIM/3D coordination tools to manage clashes and optimize system integration. Work environment is a combination of office and field in Raleigh, NC.
