Job Summary
Lead structural projects from concept through construction, coordinating with MEP teams to eliminate conflicts and optimize building performance; review and oversee structural calculations, drawings, and specifications to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with IBC/ASCE/ACI; manage timelines and budgets; serve as liaison among clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams; conduct site visits and field investigations; support RFIs and submittals; contribute to improving project delivery processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- 3–8 years of structural engineering experience with project management exposure
- Coordination with Mechanical, Electrical, & Plumbing (MEP) systems
- Proficiency in ETABS, SAP2000, AutoCAD, and Revit
- Strong understanding of structural design principles and applicable codes (IBC, ASCE, ACI)
- Experience with construction administration and field coordination
- Master’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (preferred)
- EIT certification or Professional Engineer (PE) license (preferred)
