Job Summary
Full-time Structural Project Manager in the Boulder/Denver/Fort Collins area leading K-12, healthcare, and commercial projects. Responsibilities include planning, developing, coordinating, and directing projects; leading budgeting and staffing; supervising engineering personnel; performing QC and constructability reviews; coordinating construction administration; managing select clients and business development; assisting with proposals and fee negotiations; reviewing billing. Requires ability to obtain Colorado PE license within six months and capability to design and detail composite steel structural systems with reinforced concrete foundations. Skills emphasized include clear communication, collaboration, project prioritization, multi-project management, and coordination with marketing and senior staff.
