Job Summary
Structural Project Manager responsible for leading structural engineering projects from design development through construction administration in Fort Worth. Role entails managing a multi-level team, mentoring engineers, maintaining client and stakeholder relationships, and collaborating with internal departments to pursue business development opportunities. Requires a Civil/Architectural Engineering degree (ABET-accredited), PE or SE license, 5+ years in structural engineering, 2+ years of PM leadership, and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office. Oversees budgets, schedules, QA/QC processes, and regulatory compliance while facilitating design and execution across markets (commercial, education, healthcare, industrial, historical, hospitality). Familiarity with design software, permits, and the ability to work in an exempt, full-time capacity in Fort Worth, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering with an emphasis in Structural Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) license
- At least 5 years’ experience working in a Structural Engineer role in the consulting industry
- At least 2 years’ experience leading a team as a Project Manager
- Intermediate proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
- Well versed with Federal, State, and Local regulatory and permitting requirements
