Job Summary
Lead and refine protective design analyses, including blast effects, impact, and progressive collapse considerations. Develop and organize deliverables such as calculations, reports, and drawings, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with project goals and threat conditions. Coordinate proactively with architects, engineers, and security stakeholders to support integration of protective strategies into project designs. Review and provide feedback on junior staff work, supporting their technical development. Contribute to risk and vulnerability assessments and assist in translating findings into implementable design solutions. Grow your leadership skills by assisting with project management activities, contributing to proposals, and engaging in client-facing opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering
- 4+ years of structural engineering experience

- Ability to solve complex problems

- communicate effectively across disciplines
- Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance
