Required Qualifications
- P.Eng. designation in Ontario (or strong equivalent)
- Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of experience in structural design and consulting (or strong technical background)
- Proven client management and business development experience in a consulting environment
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior engineers and designers
- Strong knowledge of structural systems, building codes, and design standards
- Experience with condition assessments, design development, and project execution
- Proficiency with structural design software and Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent proposal and report writing skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities
- Collaborative, proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
