Structural Inspector

Attend to Inspection Requests (IRs) submitted by contractors and take appropriate action in a timely manner. Review submitted shop drawings against contract drawings, specifications, local codes, and statutory requirements. Report works found non-compliant with approved drawings and specifications to stakeholders. Monitor quality of works and assess site safety, ensuring compliance with contractual specifications and risk assessments. Maintain daily activity records including progress photos and prepare surveillance reports for deficiencies or non-conformance reports. Coordinate discipline-related works and provide technical input to resolve on-site issues.
