Job Summary
Structural Heart Nurse in the Structural Heart Clinic. Provides general nursing care to patients and families, conducts initial and ongoing assessments, documents planned interventions and expected outcomes, and evaluates patient responses. Works within a multidisciplinary team to identify and implement nursing care plans, participates in process improvement to enhance clinical quality, patient satisfaction, and financial performance, and upholds high reliability in safety and efficiency. Day shift (40 hours/week) with no weekend, holiday, or on-call requirements. Responsibilities include assessment/diagnosis, outcomes identification/planning, implementation/evaluation, leadership in process improvement, and operating as part of a safety-focused clinical team. Licensure requirements include current Ohio RN license and BLS certification. OhioHealth is an equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree: Nursing (Required)
- BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association
- RN - Registered Nurse - Ohio Board of Nursing
- Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio or in good standing in a multi-state compact state
