Job Summary
Execute daily work plans and direct supervision of assigned structural field crews, ensuring all work meets project plans, specifications, and manufacturer requirements. Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and tools while reading and interpreting erection, fabrication, and structural drawings. Participate in job site safety planning, enforce safety policies, and assist with lift planning and rigging activities. Lead, mentor, and train craft personnel, assigning daily tasks and addressing quality control deficiencies promptly. Communicate crew needs and performance to the Superintendent, supporting short-term planning for daily and weekly look-ahead tasks. Work outdoors in industrial construction environments, lifting up to 75 pounds and working at heights.

- Understanding of load charts
- Understanding of equipment capabilities
- Ability to solve practical problems in a fast-paced field environment
- Willingness to work outdoors in industrial construction environments
- Ability to lift and up to 75 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend stretch and climb for extended periods
- Ability to work at heights
- Compliance with all applicable safety regulations
- Compliance with personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements

Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a foreman or lead role within structural construction
- OSHA 30
- Knowledge of welding procedures

- Experience working on large-scale industrial or commercial projects
