Dependable, detail-oriented Structural Fire Cleaning Technician needed to clean and prepare structures damaged by fire and smoke. Responsibilities include cleaning walls, ceilings, floors, framing, and cabinets; removing soot and odor; preparing affected areas for restoration or rebuild; assisting with containment, masking, and job-site protection; performing detailed cleaning in homes and businesses; following safety guidelines and company procedures; maintaining a clean, organized, and professional job site; and communicating respectfully with customers and team members. Required Qualifications
- Preferably 1 year of experience in fire structural cleaning or restoration cleaning
- Certification is a plus
- Fire, smoke, or structural cleaning experience preferred
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and professional
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, climbing, and working on ladders as needed
- Valid driver’s license preferred
