Job Summary
Structural Field Manager oversees field coordination of subcontractors on the CEPP Everglades A-2 Reservoir project, ensuring safe, accurate, and smooth project progression. Responsibilities include monitoring subcontractor work in the field and safety compliance, maintaining documentation and progress records, supporting planning and scheduling with Primavera P6 and MS Project, coordinating activities to align with project scope, schedule, and safety requirements, planning work and coordinating delivery of materials and equipment, preparing and tracking submittals, RFIs, and monthly pay applications, assisting with procurement and purchase orders, tracking material quantities, and maintaining thorough project documentation. The role requires 4–6+ years of experience in construction project coordination or assistant project management (heavy civil/infrastructure preferred), strong communication and Microsoft Office skills, ability to build client and subcontractor relationships, high organization, independent and team work capability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- 4–6+ years of experience in construction project coordination or assistant project management, preferably in heavy civil, water resources, or infrastructure projects
- Experience with large-scale civil projects such as dams, reservoirs, levees, or water/wastewater treatment facilities strongly preferred
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
