Job Summary
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and designers to create high-quality designs for various clients and projects. Daily use of AutoCAD and Revit for design and detailing of steel, wood, concrete, and masonry structures. Visit project sites to review conditions as appropriate and provide project-specific technical information to PMs for project specs. Requires a P.E., bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, and 5+ years of experience with knowledge of local and national building codes. Commercial experience is desired.
Required Qualifications
- Must have P.E.
- At least a bachelors degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
- Minimum of 5+ years working experience
- Must have knowledge of local and national building codes and design practices
- Experience in the design and detailing of steel, wood, concrete, and masonry structures
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD & Revit
