Job Summary
Manage scopes, schedules, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality structural design and rehabilitation projects for commercial, industrial, educational, and hospital structures. Lead large- and small-scale projects while overseeing structural investigation reports, including site visits to document conditions and reviewing collected documents. Collaborate with the marketing team as a technical lead to win work and mentor a high-performing local team of engineers and technical staff. Requires an Oregon PE and SE license, five years of progressive experience, and proficiency in structural analysis software. Based in Tualatin, this role supports cross-office work across land development, energy, and infrastructure markets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis on Structural Engineering
- Oregon registered Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Structural Engineer (SE) license
- Minimum of five years' progressive structural engineering experience
- Proficiency in structural analysis and design software
- Strong attention to detail to ensure compliance with relevant local/state/federal regulations and client specific requirements
- Self-motivated team player
- 'Do what needs to be done' mindset, taking ownership beyond assigned tasks and stepping in wherever needed to keep projects, teams, and customers supported and running smoothly
