Job Summary
Design and verify structural components, including frame profiles and connection details, for data center infrastructure. Prepare detailed technical reports, engineering drawings, and documentation to support structural analysis and design decisions. Perform structural analysis and simulate seismic loading using tools such as ANSYS, RISA, and IDEA StatiCa. Conduct load and stress calculations in accordance with applicable codes and standards for building design. Liaise with architects, contractors, and other engineering professionals to ensure cohesive project delivery. Ensure all designs meet industry standards and company quality guidelines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and accountability.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or higher in Civil or Structural Engineering
- A valid Professional Engineering (P.E.) license or equivalent certification
- Proven experience in the construction industry, with a focus on structural engineering
- Proficiency in structural analysis and design software including ANSYS, RISA, and IDEA StatiCa
- Strong understanding of seismic design principles and simulation methods
- In-depth knowledge of relevant building codes and industry standards
- Ability to produce high-quality calculation reports, construction documents, and technical drawings
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- A collaborative mindset with a commitment to delivering results in complex project environments
