Job Summary
Structural Engineer responsible for architectural backbone design of diverse facilities, performing rigorous structural analysis and design for new constructions and revitalization projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, producing high-fidelity drawings and reports, applying building codes and standards, leveraging Revit/AutoCAD and BIM tools, conducting site visits, and managing documentation from concept through construction administration within an ESOP-owned firm.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience specifically in structural building design
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) OR an Engineer in Training (EIT) with a definitive path and intent to obtain PE licensure
- Advanced command of Revit and AutoCAD, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Proven experience with industry-standard structural analysis and design software
- Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
