Job Summary
Kennedy Jenks is seeking a Structural Engineer to provide structural consulting services and construction administration, focusing on water and wastewater infrastructure projects. The role involves leading structural engineering projects, designing and analyzing structures such as pump stations, reservoirs, and treatment facilities, and working within a multi-disciplinary team. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering, a minimum of 6 years' consulting experience, and be a licensed Structural Engineer (SE). Experience with structural design principles, as well as software tools such as AutoCAD and BIM modeling, is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering with Structural Engineering focus
- Minimum 6+ years of experience as a consulting engineer focused on structural design
- Licensed Structural Engineer (SE) required
- Deep understanding of structural design principles, codes and standards
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and 3D/BIM modeling
