Structural Engineer II

Job Summary
Design and develop structural systems by performing analysis and modeling assignments for diverse project types, ranging from conception design to final construction documentation. Deliver technical expertise in code compliance, specifications, and constructability while utilizing Revit, AutoCAD, and RAM software. Collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams and work with Senior Structural Engineers to ensure quality assurance and control. Mentor less experienced staff and maintain professional relationships with internal and external disciplines. Requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, five years of structural experience, and ability to obtain PE licensure.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an EAC/ABET-accredited program or equivalent in education and experience required for professional licensure.
- Ability to obtain Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Minimum of 5 years of structural engineering experience with a wide variety of project types.
- Strong knowledge of Revit and/or AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree.
- NCEES registration and NSPE membership.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with current license.
- CSI-CDT certification.
- LEED AP BD+C and/or WELL AP certification.
- Experience using RISA or RAM Elements.
- Experience in Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Teams.
