Job Summary

Manage all aspects of structural engineering projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Perform structural analysis and design for a variety of building types and materials. Collaborate with clients to understand project goals and maintain clear, consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle. Participate in feasibility studies, site investigations, and structural assessments, as needed. Prepare, review, and coordinate engineering drawings, calculations, specifications, and reports in accordance with applicable building codes. Monitor project progress, identify risks or challenges, and implement mitigation strategies to support successful outcomes. Promote compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations while fostering a culture of safety.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of structural engineering design experience
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering
  • Proficiency with structural analysis and design software such as ETABS, RAM Structural System, RISA‐3D, or similar
  • Strong knowledge of applicable building codes and standards (IBC, ASCE, ACI, AISC)
  • Experience with BIM software such as Revit
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
  • Occasional lifting up to 15 lbs
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.

Desired Qualifications

  • Master's degree (preferred)
  • Project management experience (a plus)
