Job Summary
Manage all aspects of structural engineering projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Perform structural analysis and design for a variety of building types and materials while collaborating with clients to understand project goals. Prepare, review, and coordinate engineering drawings, calculations, specifications, and reports in accordance with applicable building codes. Participate in feasibility studies, site investigations, and structural assessments as needed. Monitor project progress, identify risks or challenges, and implement mitigation strategies to support successful outcomes. This role requires a Professional Engineer (PE) license and 4+ years of structural engineering design experience. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency with structural analysis software such as ETABS or RAM Structural System and BIM tools like Revit. Flexible scheduling is offered with core collaboration hours of 8:30-4:30 PM.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of structural engineering design experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering
- Proficiency with structural analysis and design software such as ETABS, RAM Structural System, RISA‐3D, or similar
- Strong knowledge of applicable building codes and standards (IBC, ASCE, ACI, AISC)
- Experience with BIM software such as Revit
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
