Job Summary
Lead structural design for varied and complex projects, integrating innovative engineering solutions across multiple materials including steel, concrete, wood, and masonry. Supervise and mentor junior staff while presenting findings from advanced structural analyses in clear, comprehensive reports. Ensure delivery of completed designs that meet quality standards and project objectives through seamless integration with cross-functional teams. Assist with project production, develop team standards and guidelines, and support business development efforts. Requires a PE license, 10+ years of experience, and proficiency in Autodesk Revit. Salary is commensurate with experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering
- PE License
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Experience utilizing structural design and drafting software packages
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit
