Job Summary

Lead the structural design of multi-level wood buildings in compliance with NDS and SDWPS while supporting concrete, steel, and masonry structures. Produce structural calculations, models, and construction-ready details, developing plans using Revit and performing analysis with Forte, Tedds, and Risa. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and the Project Manager to deliver projects on time, managing your own schedule and priorities while working independently. Contribute to residential and multifamily projects across the United States. This fully remote opportunity requires Mountain Time availability and a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • Proven experience designing multi-level wood structures
  • Proficiency with Forte, Tedds, and Risa
  • Experience with Revit or a similar drafting platform
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • A proactive mindset and eagerness to continue learning and expanding your technical skills
  • Available to work during Mountain Time (MT)

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience designing concrete, steel, and masonry structures
  • Experience working on residential and multifamily projects
  • Ability to draft your own structural plans in Revit
