Job Summary
Design and analyze structures for concrete, masonry, steel, and wood construction projects, including evaluating building conditions and inspections. Prepare drawings and specifications while ensuring all designs comply with government building codes and Florida local requirements. Utilize Revit Structure software to execute both field and computer-based structural designs. Requires an E.I.T. with three to four years of experience in structural design and drafting, alongside a Bachelor's or preferred Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- An E.I.T. with 3 to 4 Years of experience in Structural Design and Drafting
- Familiarity with the Florida Building Code and local code requirements
- Superior written and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree preferred
- Working knowledge of Revit Structure
