Job Summary
Structural Engineer in Wroclaw to join a global engineering consultancy. You will collaborate with project leaders across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and the UK on a wide range of projects from feasibility studies to detailed infrastructure design. Day-to-day duties include partnering with the lead engineer on design tasks (calculations, sketches, quantities, reports), providing ad-hoc solutions for design-build contracts, creating structural design models with SOFiSTiK, ROBOT Structural Analysis, and IdeaStatica, and coordinating geometrical interfaces with other disciplines and architects. You will contribute to developing and implementing solutions that streamline design processes and improve efficiency, while working in a hybrid arrangement with an emphasis on teamwork, responsibility, and timely delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s or bachelor’s Degree in structural or civil engineering
- at least 7 years of relevant experience
- Experience with SOFiSTiK, ROBOT Structural Analysis, IdeaStatica (merit)
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Experience in design of underground/buried infrastructure structures (e.g. caissons, thrust blocks) would be a plus
