Structural Engineer

Independently complete project assignments delegated by the Engineering Team Lead, developing and executing standard structural designs customized to meet customer-specific requirements. Manage multiple projects simultaneously through initial sketches, engineering analysis, and preparation of approval drawings, while evaluating scope changes and communicating cost impacts to Sales or Project Management. Provide technical guidance to Project Managers, Detailers, and Drafters, ensuring compliance with industry safety standards and delivering projects accurately on schedule. Maintain project databases and support product design improvement initiatives using 3D CAD modeling tools.
