Job Summary
Lead the planning, design, and execution of structural engineering projects while ensuring efficiency and innovation. Mentor and provide leadership to project engineers and BIM team members, collaborate with clients, and deliver results that meet their needs. Conduct feasibility studies, site investigations, and structural assessments. Oversee the preparation of engineering drawings, calculations, specifications, and reports, ensuring compliance with building codes and standards. Identify potential risks on projects and implement mitigation strategies. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering, a PE license, 8+ years of structural engineering design experience, 2+ years of project management, proficiency in ETABS/RAM/RISA-3D, BIM experience (Revit), and strong leadership and communication skills. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering (Master's preferred)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Minimum 8 years of experience in structural engineering design
- At least 2 years of project management experience
- Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (ETABS, RAM, RISA-3D, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of building codes and standards (IBC, ASCE, ACI, AISC)
- Experience with BIM software (Revit, Bluebeam)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
