Job Summary
Lead structural analysis and design across a portfolio that includes water infrastructure, buildings, and industrial facilities. Provide technical leadership, review reports, plans, and specifications, ensure deliverables meet quality standards, and guide complex design challenges. Manage scope, schedule, and budget for concurrent projects; coordinate with multidisciplinary teams; mentor junior engineers and foster knowledge sharing. Build strong client relationships, understand project needs, and deliver high-quality, tailored solutions while promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Emphasizes leadership, technical excellence, and delivering practical results aligned with the firm’s LEADS values.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE)
- 6+ years structural design experience
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Structural Engineering
- Structural Engineer (SE) license
- Project management experience
- Mentoring and development of junior engineers
