Job Summary
Develop detailed 3D structural models using Revit and/or Cadwork to translate architectural drawings and engineering requirements into coordinated, buildable framing layouts for walls, floors, roofs, and timber systems. Produce construction documents, including framing plans, shop drawings, cut sheets, and component takeoffs, to support fabrication and field installation. Collaborate with architects, engineers, fabrication teams, and contractors to resolve design conflicts and ensure constructability before projects reach the jobsite. Work on highly customized wood-framed and heavy timber structures ranging from luxury homes to commercial venues across the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Revit and/or Cadwork
- Ability to read architectural and structural construction documents
- Understanding of building sequencing and constructability
- Experience with 3D modeling, CAD, BIM, drafting, or detailing
- Experience producing construction documents, framing plans, or shop drawings
- Wood framing or heavy timber construction knowledge
