Job Summary
Design and model structural systems for commercial projects using Revit; collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design concepts; coordinate structural design with architectural, MEP, and civil teams; support construction administration by reviewing shop drawings and RFIs; participate in project meetings; ensure adherence to company standards in drafting and design practices.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years structural drafting/design experience or 5+ years with Associate’s degree
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit
- Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu
- Experience with concrete, masonry, wood, foundations, and steel detailing
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
