Structural Designer (Onsite)

Structural Designer onsite leads the development of the discipline’s construction documents, directing a Drafter to compose necessary views and ensuring the design package is constructible. Responsibilities include owning the construction documents, developing the project scope with calculations and specifications, coordinating with other designers, participating in client/coordinations and design reviews, handling RFI/Submittal responses during construction, performing site observations and design validation, maintaining SOW summaries and specification matrices, producing deliverables and QA/QC checks, and progressing the design package through revisions and as-built conversions. The role requires experience in creating and annotating construction documents, coordinating across teams, and mentoring by the discipline lead to achieve a complete, compliant design package. It is a full-time, in-office position located in Chandler, AZ, with no remote options.
