Job Summary
As a Structural Designer, you will provide structural analysis, calculations, and design support for concrete, masonry, steel, and wood structures across markets, assist with production of structural construction documents (drawings and specs), and collaborate with project teams. You’ll learn and adhere to office standards of design, quality control, and production, develop time-management skills, and contribute to a design-forward, equity-driven culture at Lionakis. The role offers hybrid work flexibility, with potential every-other-Friday time off, and salary ranges from $66,200 to $86,900 DOE. A Bachelor’s degree in Architectural, Structural, or Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited) and 0-2+ years of structural design experience are preferred; internship and Engineer in Training are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an ABET accredited engineering program in Architectural Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Civil Engineering (with a structural emphasis)
- 0-2+ years structural design experience
- Basic skills in Revit to provide software support
- Intermediate computer and software skills including MS Office
